As a Rider I am really very disappointed🤨....wroom store have send me the used product😠all the stitches are not even there in good condition....even after paying you Rs.3200...This is not done.....not at all expected such a service from Wroom store...very very very bad experience....Kiran and Sachin please look into this matter.

Good, but it lacks the fine touches
I had purchased the Turtuk and Jarvis. While the Turtuk has served me exceptionally well, unfortunately cannot say the same about Jarvis. The small compartment in the first section which has a velvet like texture (for sunglasses) its coming off. And I do not use sunglasses and neither I have yet travelled in rain. This was not expected and I am on a road trip, hence to return for repair is not in scope. Likewise I had contacted the customer care on 14th Feb, but did not receive any response to that.
Storage wise, the tank bag is good and the fact that it retains shape, is a boon. The magnets retain their grip strong, but If I compare these with my Cramster's, they had a stronger grip. Nevertheless, it's not a sore point and can be improved, by a little alteration to design.
Anyways, I can understand the efforts that have gone in the making and I appreciate it. Issues do come.up.and that I also expect the same, only that not so soon. Furthermore, even after dropping a few lines to the Customer Care, if that remains unanswered, guess the priorities have changed, somehow!

Very well thought of everything
Great quality product. Lots of storage and pouches. One can also use it as a back up if you have slim or average body size. It is difficult to use it as a back up for a huge person like me.

Wroom Jarvis Magnetic Tank bag 2.0
Received the bag yesterday for my Jawa. I expected a Good Quality Bag. But this is much more than the way i expected. Excellent Quality. Moreover i can comfortably fit by 13 inch laptop. Thanks for making Excellent Product.
